Aishi is located a few kilometres from the Machame Gate where climbers commence their ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro by way of the picturesque Machame Trail. Just 3 degrees south of the equator, the two world famous peaks of Kibo (5895m) and Mawenzi (5194m) are permanently snow-capped. The Protea Hotel Aishi is located 27km from Kilimanjaro International Airport and 12km from Moshi town all enjoying good quality tarmac roads.
