Maruhubi Beach Villas is situated on the seafront, a few minutes drive north of Zanzibar Stone Town between the famous Maruhubi Palace Grounds and the lush, tropical gardens of Mtoni Marine Centre. The restaurant and rooms have spectacular views west across the sea to Chapwani and Changuu Islands and south to Stone Town. There are six stone built villas, all with excellent sea and river views. Maruhubi has internet facilities.
Location
Just ten minutes drive north of Stone Town, situated on the seafront between the famous Maruhubi Palace Grounds and the lush, tropical gardens of Mtoni Marine Centre, we invite you to discover Maruhubi Beach Villas.

Accommodation
The six villas have two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, en suite bathrooms and verandah. The villas have a combined total of 11 rooms: - 6 Double rooms (Double bed), 3 Double rooms with an additional single bed, and 2 Double rooms with an additional bunk bed. The spacious bedrooms have large Zanzibari beds (mosquito netted) and ample cupboard space with the verandas having comfortable loungers from which to enjoy the sea views. Some rooms have an additional bunk bed or single bed and are ideal for families. All linen, towels are provided. Each bathroom contains a shower, basin and toilet. Hot and cold water are available. The verandah is equipped with sofa, beach bed, dining table and chairs.
Restaurant & Bar
The restaurant and bar have spectacular views west across the sea to Chapwani and Changuu Islands and south to Stone Town. The seafront restaurant is complimented by a fully stocked bar (wine, spirits, beers, sodas) and an extensive menu which are available from 10a.m. onwards. Breakfast includes fruit juice, fruit, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast & preserves, tea/coffee.

Swimming Pool
A large fresh water swimming pool is situated next to the restaurant and directly onto the seafront. Maruhubi is ideally located for exploring Stone Town whilst still having the peace and beauty of a beach location.
