(Permanent tented camp)

Location
Kirurumu Tented Camp is set high on the edge of the Great Rift Valley, enjoying a marvelous, uplifting and panoramic view eastward over Lake Manyara to Mt. Losimingori and miles of seemingly untouched Africa. Impact on the Lodge's surroundings has been absolutely minimal, all utility lines are carefully placed underground and hot water is created by solar panels. As a result, bird life around the Lodge has increased and even the shy Dik-Dik, the smallest of the antelope family, has remained resident around camp.

Lodge and rooms
The 20 tents are secure, secluded and spacious with deck-style wooden verandahs. All tents are insect proof with modern en-suite bathrooms, hot and cold running water, soft lighting and flush toilets. The thatched dining room offers a wonderful view and selection of excellent local and European dishes.
