Location
The Karafuu Hotel lies on the south eastern coast, on one of the best beaches of Zanzibar, 60 kilometers on a tarmac road from Stone Town and the international airport.

Junior Suites: These suites are built under “makuti” thatch and are located in two areas, either facing the sea under a beautiful palm grove or on a small hill. Furnished with traditional Zanzibar furniture, they also comprise of an entrance through private garden, breathtaking views from the veranda, mosquito net, ample bedroom, dressing room, bathroom in marble, ceiling fan, air conditioning, hot & cold running water, hair-dryer, telephone, Tea pot and mini bar.
Cottages: The cottages are built under “makuti” thatch and furnished with traditional Zanzibar furniture. They comprise of an entrance through private garden, breathtaking views from the veranda, mosquito net, ample bedroom, dressing room, bathroom with shower, ceiling fan, independent air conditioning, hot & cold running water, hair-dryer, telephone, room safe and mini bar.

Dive centre: The dive centre is directly managed by Karafuu Hotel. The team is completely dedicated to the guests who dispose of the best equipment for all kind of dives. Tennis: They have 2 floodlit tennis courts for you free of charge. The rackets are available for rent at the dive centre. They also offer daily gym sessions in the pool, volleyball, aerobics and more.
