Ikoma Safari Camp is a quaint tented camp, located on the main wildebeest migration route between the Serengeti and the Masai Mara. It is a permanent tented camp in the Serengeti, Ikoma region in Tanzania. The Camp is set up on endless savanna with impressive bush and scattered with acacia trees. Other facilities include a restaurant and a bar. Ikoma Safari Camp is located along the migratory path which peaks around June to October when the herds pass through the area. Game-viewing from the breakfast terrace can be superb. Additionally, there is good resident game throughout the year, especially zebras, wildebeest, impalas, giraffes and elephants.

Accommodation
Ikoma Safari Camp offers 3 different types of rooms: -
Bandas: - There are 4 bandas which are built out of brick and are round in shape (resembling local traditional houses). These rooms can accommodate 1double bed and a twin size bed.
Family Tent: - There are 2 family tents that are varied in size. One sleeps 3 pax and the other one sleeps up to 5 pax.
Tents: - There are 3 elevated tents that are constructed on wooden floors. The tents have a wood and thatch roof. All the rooms are en suite (with toilet and shower). There is 24 hour hot water. The rooms are powered by solar power. All rooms have a terrace with chairs and a table for you to enjoy the panoramic views. There is a borehole on site that supplies all the water to this property. This property is suitable for couples as well as families!
