Camping in the bush of Tanzania is the ideal private African Safari experience. A piece of canvas separates you from the African night. A choir of nocturnal birds, insects and distant roaring lions, lullaby you to sleep. Sitting around an open camp fire with the southern skies bright overhead is the real way of appreciating Africa's magic. There are campsites with facilities everywhere and camping equipment in all our safari itineraries, at any park or wilderness area in Tanzania, explore the Ngorongoro Crater, the Serengeti, Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks.
All Safaris are private and are organised exclusively for you and your travel partners. You will be allocated a safari vehicle and driver who will be solely at your disposal for the duration of your safari in Tanzania. All packages can be adjusted to suit the dates that are convenient for you. Airport transfers and booking of hotels in Arusha or Dar es Salaam can be arranged on request. Please let us know.

| AFFORDABLE CAMPING SAFARIS IN TANZANIA |

We will accommodate you mostly in modern, sizeble two-man tents with a sewn-in ground sheet. A comfortable foam mattress is spread on the ground sheet (clients bring their own sleeping bags ). In some itineraries accommodation can be a combination of camping and simple chalets or bungalows. We use public national park campsites, with basic sanitary facilities.

Day 1. Ngorongoro.
Depart Arusha in the morning arriving at Ngorongoro National Park in time for lunch. Descend 2000 ft. to the crater floor in search of wildlife. Overnight at Campsite outside the crater
Day 2. Ngorongoro Crater.
Breakfast; then depart with picnic lunch for a full day crater tour. Explore the crater which harbors great concentration of wild game. Return to the campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 3. Arusha.
After breakfast depart for Arusha arriving by lunch time.

Leave Arusha in the morning and proceed to Ngorongoro arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive in the crater. Dinner and overnight at campsite.
Day 2. Lake Manyara.
After breakfast leave with picnic lunch for Lake Manyara. Afternoon game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at campsite.
Day 3. Arusha.
After an early morning game drive, breakfast and return to Arusha arriving for lunch.

After early breakfast depart for Ngorongoro crater, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive on the floor of the crater. Dinner and overnight at campsite.
Day 3. Tarangire National Park.
After breakfast drive to Tarangire. Afternoon game drive in search of wildlife. Meals and overnight at campsite.
Day 4. Arusha.
After breakfast enjoy a morning game drive in the Tarangire National Park. Return to campsite for lunch, and in the afternoon depart to Arusha.

Day 1. Lake Manyara National Park.
Depart Arusha in the morning for Lake Manyara arriving by lunch time. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at campsite.
Day 2. Ngorongoro.
After morning game drive at Lake Manyara, proceed to the 'Eighth Wonder of the World', the Ngorongoro Crater. Dinner and overnight at campsite.
Day 3. Ngorongoro Crater.
After early breakfast a 4wheel drive vehicle will take you 2000ft down the crater, tracking animals. Picnic lunch on the crater floor before ascending back to the campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 4. Tarangire National Park.
After breakfast drive to Tarangire. Afternoon game drive. Meals and overnight at campsite.
Day 5. Tarangire-Arusha.
After breakfast proceed for a morning game drive, return to campsite for lunch. Afternoon, drive to Arusha.

Day 2 Serengeti
After breakfast depart for Serengeti passing through Olduvai Gorge, the site of the Leakey family discovery of human ancestors and animal fossils dating back almost two million years. Meals and overnight at campsite.
Day 3 Serengeti
Full day in Serengeti plains, search for wild game you might have missed on previous game drives. Morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at campsite.
Day 4 Ngorongoro
After breakfast a 4-wheel drive vehicle will take you 2000ft down into the crater, enjoy picnic lunch on the crater floor. Ascend back to campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 5 Arusha
After breakfast depart to Arusha, arriving by lunch time.
